Practical E-Records

I'm the husband of Linda Prom and the father of Andy, Grace and Molly. Normally, we live in Champaign Illinois, but right now were in Scotland while I am a research fellow at the University of Dundee, Center for Archive and Information Studies. I'm here as a Fulbright Scholar, and we all feel fortunate for the chance to live overseas and learn about life in Scotland and the UK. When I'm not on sabbatical, I am the assistant University Archivist at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. It is a great job. I try to identify, preserve, and provide access to records documenting the human experience. You meet a lot of interesting people that way.
